# Hướng dẫn xuất báo cáo ra file exel

Để đảm bảo thông tin báo cáo được lưu trữ. GCP khuyến nghị chủ phòng máy nên xuất báo cáo ra file exel để lưu trữ file gốc.

Quý chủ phòng máy làm theo các bước sau để xuất báo cáo ra file exel

**Bước 1:** Vào tab Báo Cáo và chọn loại báo cáo muốn xem (Đơn hàng, Mặt Hàng, Nguyên Liệu, Giao Ca).

**Bước 2:** Sau khi xem báo cáo, kéo xuống dưới cùng ở góc bên trái nhấn vào "**Xuất Báo Cáo**"

**Bước 3:** Vào tab **Báo Cáo**, chọn mục **Xuất Báo Cáo** để tải file exel về

**Bước 4:** Nhấn vào biểu tượng mũi tên trỏ xuống dưới ở cột bên phải để tải báo cáo dạng file exel về
